With still half a year to go, MIFF, the biggest global industry event in Southeast Asia, 80% of the 80,000 sqm of booth space already booked by the Who's who of Malaysia furniture companies and overseas exhibitors. Exhibitors can't wait to showcase their latest products to global buyers.

Agressive promotion was taken place in Shanghai recently to invite buyers from around the world to visit the 1st show in Asia in Kuala Lumpur next year.

The Minister of Plantation Industries and Commodities of Malaysia, Datuk Amar Douglaas Uggah Embas, visited UBM furniture show in Shanghai, compliment MIFF's effort in promoting Malaysian furniture to the world.

During the visit in Shanghai, the adorable MIFF mascot, a colourful fish received overwhelming response.
